2. Project Initiation and Payment Terms

To initiate any project, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate resources for your project. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completion of the project. We will communicate a clear timeline and due dates for each payment in our project proposal.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all deposits are non-refundable. Once a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any payments made. If a project is canceled before the commencement of work, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any incurred expenses.

4. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all project deadlines as outlined in our proposals. However, any delays caused by the client’s lack of communication, failure to provide necessary materials, or any other circumstances beyond our control may affect the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary information to facilitate the project. Any delays in providing such information may lead to adjustments in the project timeline.

6. Confidentiality

All client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any proprietary information without your consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dublin, Ireland.

8. Amendments

Boss and Brands reserves the right to amend these Terms and Services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
